The S.A.F.E.-TPA Team is able to utilize the injured worker’s educational and employment histories to identify transferable skills that may lead to new employment opportunities. Vocational rehabilitation enables the member with a disabling condition to return to the work force in a meaningful and productive manner thereby allowing the injured worker to continue his or her career. Vocational rehabilitation helps our clients save money by reducing the costs of lost time wages.
